Why a personal data protection charter?

The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Charter is to inform you of all the treatments linked to the use of your Personal Data within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, for the website.

Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data is intended for the SCDC departments concerned by your requests and for any service providers (distributors) responsible for transmitting price offers.
Duration of data storage
The data is kept for a period that does not exceed the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
For marketing or communication actions: SCDC keeps the data for 5 years from the last contact or the end of the commercial relationship
For prospecting actions: SCDC keeps the data for 3 years from the last contact.
